Emily Goodrum is a Kindergarten 2 teacher at UNIS Hanoi. She has a Bachelor of Education from the University of Canberra and a Bachelor of Arts in Education (Primary) from Edith Cowan University. Prior to teaching in Hanoi she has taught in her home country of Australia as well as India, Lao PDR and The United Kingdom. During her career as an international teacher she has embraced the opportunities and responsibilities that come with living and working in countries other than her home. She is actively engaged in ECERP (Early Childhood Education Renovation Program) building connections, leading workshops and promoting inquiry based education with teachers from Vietnamese kindergartens. She is passionate about teaching and living her responsibilities to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and her kindergarten classroom reflects this.
